THP®PS FOAM BOARD

THP®PLAIN

THP® Plain is easy to cut and trimmed by a hand knife or paper blade. It is best for die-cutting or embossing work.

Foam board consists of an extruded PS foam core whereas forming PS sheet extruder set which takes GPPS as raw material injects Incurring agent with high pressure. After the flat links and links knitting machine foams, flattens, and Binds again, it is to be produced to top-grade boards. After being installed with PS laminating and coating machine, is designed to laminate paper & coat film onto the surface of the expanded PS sheet to improve.

It is excellent for mounting with all adhesive, screen printing, and fabrication.

APPLICATIONS

THP®HIPS

An extruded PS foam core and HIPS film are coated on both sides of the plain board. HIPS is able to serve as a protective sheet to plain board and as keeps its own characteristic.

After laminated on Polystyrene foam board, it gives the foam board a resilience that regular foam board doesn’t exist. THP®HIPS film coating is available as thin as 0.08mm – 0.3mm. HIPS is relatively low cost because of its good impact strength at low temperatures.

THP®FOAM CORE

A wonderful idea back up for large framework and great mounting foam board. Virtually weightless board made of PS foam core laminated on both sides with white/black coated paper with white & black colors available.

Foam board can be easily cuts with mat knife and may scored and folded for three dimension such as architectural models. Cuts at each of three successive depths ill produce a neat edge to the board.

THP® Foamcore is available in white and black color. White / Black Mounting Board suitable for all kinds of artwork such as photos, pictures, posters and what you want to preserve without any risk of discoloration. It is time saving framing with no additional backing substrate, still best preservation and presentation. A replacement back panel board for all photo frame backing solutions which can fits for all types of mounting/photo framing methods.

THP®SELF-ADHESIVE

Self-Adhesive Foam Board was created to save time and gets quality mounting; all needed is the self-adhesive board itself. We can just peel the release paper and just position pictures or photos on the pressure-sensitive adhesive liner by hand. For large works of art, roller laminators can be used and the vacuum process is used to make the lamination perfect.

PS Color foam board makes your work easier and notice.

THP® Silkscreen Color Foam Board are manufactured with resilient polystyrene foam cores with high quality silkscreen ink printing. The color board features a smooth, semi-gloss finish, which provides a terrific screen printable surface. The core has built in memory, allowing it to return to its original thickness after cutting.

THP® Color is available in colors and swiss dot colors.
